Bostonians time to get excited! Porter Square's Bagelsaurus is crossing the river for one day with their much-coveted almost-always-sold-out-daily bagels! Mary Ting Hyatt, the baker/owner behind what Boston Magazine has for the past two years declared the “Best Bagel,” will be on hand along with Chef/Partner Colin Lynch to serve up freshly baked bagels, smears, and a selection of unique sandwiches created by Chef Colin for the occasion (along with Bagelsaurus’s signature T-Rex).
The team from Speedwell Coffee will also be onsite with their mobile espresso cart and bagels and coffee will be available to-go or for dine-in. For guests choosing to enjoy their bagels at Bar Mezzana, Bloody Marys and Mimosas will also be available from Bar Mezzana’s Beverage Director Ryan Lotz and his team.
Quantities are limited and Bar Mezzana will serve bagels until they sell out. Please note that there will be a limit of ½ dozen bagels per guest.
