Lovin’ Spoonfuls is kicking off its chef-led cooking series Seasonwith a delicious pasta-making workshop from Boston’s own Colin Lynch! Set in Eataly’s La Scuola kitchen, Chef Colin will delight pasta fans by sharing his favorite techniques and dishes while giving seasonal cooking tips that utilize whole ingredients.
The workshop will begin discussing Italian cuisine and approaches to ingredients, followed by a demonstration featuring multiple dishes from Chef Colin. He’ll share classic pasta-making methods, and attendees will be able to ask questions and interact while enjoying cheeses and salumi from Eataly and sipping beer and wine throughout this entertaining and fun evening.
