Simple isn’t always easy but it can be delicious. At Bar Mezzana, Chef Colin Lynch offers coastal Italian-inspired dishes including a daily changing crudo menu and handmade pastas. Ingredients are carefully sourced from a network of talented farmers, artisans, and purveyors.




Wine List


We think that the best wine lists complement the food coming out of the kitchen. Chef Colin’s dishes are simple and classic with clean flavors and his cooking has us reaching for light, crisp whites to pair with the crudo and more complex, rustic reds to sip with his handmade pastas. This is a list that includes the great Italian classics - think Chianti, Barolo, Prosecco - as well as lesser known but incredibly lovely and interesting wines such as nebbiolo from Lombardy. We hope you will see old favorites and perhaps discover new Italian loves.



Cocktails & Beer


Just like the wine list, we like there to be synergy between what’s happening behind the bar and in the kitchen. Largely inspired by the seasons and classic Italian cocktails, the list includes a Negroni; a cocktail we feel will forever and always be the perfect drink for every occasion (we might be biased), the Spritz, and a selection of amari. But if it’s a perfect Old Fashioned, G&T, or Daiquiri you are looking for, our bartenders will happily oblige.



Beer & Cider




Sunday 11am-3pm Bar Mezzana offers discounted two-hour validated parking for the lot at the corner of Albany Street & Traveler Street, INK UNDERGROUND (Laz Lot #5). The lot is located beneath Interstate 93. Please bring your parking ticket to the host stand for a validation sticker. The discounted rate is $5 for two hours with each additional hour $2.50.
